Clayford farm has been a poultry farm for the last 20 years. In 2002 they diversified into producing chicken sausages and chicken burgers from our purpose built factory on the farm. The chicken sausages and chicken burgers are produced with 85% chicken meat which is lean low fat and good for slimmer’s. They produce the following flavours:- Hot & Spicy, Old English, Old Smokey, Sage & Black-pepper, Chicken & Garlic, Chicken & Leek, Apple & Apricot, Apple & Cider, Clayford Farm Sausage, Tomato & Basil, Chicken & Honey, Chicken & Marmalade, Chicken & Watercress, Chicken & Horseradish.
